My Luxury Getaway at Novotel Manila Araneta Center

Have you ever been to Novotel Manila? or to any AccorHotels around the world? I believe you already know why I’m asking – You loved your stay right? you also recommended Novotel, or any AccorHotels to your colleagues, family, and friends, so they too could experience only exceptional customer service, amenities, gastronomic indulgence, and luxury accommodation. I’ve had an opportunity to experience all of these during my complimentary stay at Novotel Manila Araneta Center!

I can’t help but wonder what this towering 2-year old hotel (Completed in July 2014) has to offer inside whenever I pass by its sidewalk for any sort of business I have in the area. Never thought I’d see and experience them myself this soon, thanks to blogging, and of course Novotel Manila’s team!

And now, without further ado, I bring you ladies and gentlemen my staycation at Novotel Manila. Let’s start where everything begins (after security check):

• Check In

Check-in was a breeze. There were three counters, one dedicated to AccorHotels Members, and others were for regular valued guests. Though I noticed a table beside “Web Corner on a Mac” with more computers for assisting guests checking in and out. Good job Novotel for making guests not wait in line!

It was a delight speaking with Maine. She was very professional, and always gave a genuine smile. After I was given my room key, I calmly searched for the elevator (I didn’t want security to see me in a hurry because of excitement lol) so I could go up to my room.

Look how grand Novotel’s lobby is. Super high ceiling! plus that super-sized french-fry looking chandelier that made the whole place look more elegant.

You might miss this touchscreen-mounted-flatscreen just right beside the concierge, which is actually a very helpful Virtual Concierge. You can use it to check on many things like weather, recommendations, and much more.

After finding the elevator (yay!) I had to use my RFID Keycard for the elevator to operate (technologically advanced system for better security – good job!) and that’s what I did to reach my floor and open the door. Now for the main event! I’m thrilled to see my room! I know you are too!
