Secret Garden of Doris

Blue Ternate (Butterfly Pea, Clitoria Ternatea)

A 1.7-hectare farm along Sumulong Highway. Ms. Doris Lee, a hands-on agriculture advisor and communicator is the founder of this humble farm. This farm promotes exotic fruit trees, container gardening, vegetable terraces, landscaping materials and organic products. Other then selling exotic fruit trees and organic materials this farm also does landscape and farm development.

Upon arriving at Secret Garden of Doris, Ms. Doris herself, together with her husband cheerfully welcomed us, and immediately gave us an introduction of their well loved Garden. What I am holding in the photo above is a peanut butter fruit, while Ms. Doris is right beside where the fruit came from – Bunchosia Argenta (Peanut Butter Tree). Accodring to Ms. Doris, this tree/fruit is their featured product for the Month of July.

Healthy Snack!

Ms. Doris also explained to us the importance of plants, herbs, and human life. How they all should resonate with balance, and their contribution to our overall health and wellness. Here you see a table full of delicous and nutritious delicacies: Suman at Latik, Kasoy, Blue Ternate, and a few other herbs.

You may have noticed I keep on mentioning Blue Ternate, and perhaps now you are wondering what is this blue plant, and that blue liquid? Blue Ternate is a natural anti-oxidant that improves blood circulation, skin health, eye sight, and even aids in prevention of hairloss! – WOW right? We tried this drink ourselves, and I loved it! (well, I generally love tea anyways haha) You can purchase this, and a lot more herbs and plants directly from Ms. Doris!

You will not regret meeting her!
