Its a great day for all of us who love Filipino and Mexican cuisine! Fiesta Alamexo by Fiery Style just opened its very first branch in the Philippines at the posh Shangri-La Mall in Mandaluyong City, hooray!

Your traditional and modern Fil-Mex cravings are going to be fulfilled by Fiesta Alamexo’s eclectic –emocionante- choices fit for all ages (burgers and cheesecake for the kids? yup!). Heading out for family/group meal? everything is here mi amigo.

I was lucky enough to be invited to Fiesta Alamexo’s soft opening, and boy they did not disappoint. All the staff was attentive, polite, and always showing warm-welcoming smiles. Don’t forget to ask them to take your IG and FB worthy groupies and tag all your friends so they too could try awesomely crafted Fil-Mex goodness at Fiesta Alamexo.

Interiors exude that “festive” vibe, where everywhere you look, you’ll see eye catching (but not straining) bright colors that’s reminiscent of Cinco de Mayo. Rest assured that wherever you’re seated, you’ll have that perfect background for your selfies and Instagram boomerangs.

My favorite was the Truffle Bacon Mushroom Burger – the beef patty was grilled perfectly medium-well, and the topping was just amazing, and for just 238 pesos? deal!
